Promocodes & Coupons: Save with Our Discounts

Introduction

You've found a Promocode or coupon and want to redeem it or use it for a discount on your order, but you're unsure how it works?
No problem! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you redeem your promocode or coupon successfully.

Before you can redeem your code, you need to log in to our website.

Once you're logged in, you can redeem your code. However, it’s important to know what type of code you have.

There are different types of promocodes and coupon.

• Promocodes: You can redeem these in your account under the “Transactions” menu. (Redeem Promocodes)
• Shop coupon: These can be redeemed during the ordering process for a gameserver. (Redeem Shop Vouchers)
• Money coupon: These reduce the price of your order, such as for TuxTokens. (Redeem Money Vouchers)

Promocodes

Promocodes can be quickly and easily redeemed on the website through your transactions.

1. Hover over your name at the top right of the page. A menu will appear.
2. Click on Transactions.
3. On the left side of the transaction page, you'll find a field to enter your promocode.
4. Enter your code and click "Redeem".

If the code is valid, you will receive a confirmation, and the corresponding TuxTokens will be credited to your account.

If the code doesn't work, it may have expired, been used already, or not be a valid promocode.

Discount Codes

You can use discount codes during the ordering process to reduce the price of your order. There are two types of discount codes:

• Shop Coupon: For ordering a gameserver.
• Money Coupon: For ordering TuxTokens.

Redeeming Shop Coupon

1. Configure your desired gameserver on our website.
2. In the configuration overview, you'll find the option “Do you have a coupon?”.
3. Click on it and enter your shop coupon.

After entering, the new reduced price will be displayed.

If the coupon is invalid, you will receive an error message. This may be because the code has expired or been used already.

Redeeming Money Coupon

With a money coupon, you can save on your order of TuxTokens.

1. Add the desired product to your shopping cart.
2. Open the shopping cart. On the right side, you'll find the field “Redeem coupon”.
3. Enter your money coupon and click the arrow to check its validity.

If the coupon is valid, the reduced price will be shown.
