Checking the Server Status

You can check the status of our services on our Status Page. Here, you will find an overview of any disruptions or scheduled maintenance.

Checking the Server Logs

Another way to identify errors is to review the logs of your gameserver. Regardless of the type of server, you should check your console or logs for any potential errors.

If you contact us, it is helpful to include relevant error logs or screenshots in your ticket. This helps us assist you more effectively and quickly.

Ticket System

If you would like to contact us via the ticket system, you can do so by clicking Support in the navigation bar and then selecting Create Ticket. Alternatively, you can create a new ticket directly here.

Creating a new Ticket

You can easily create a new ticket on our website by visiting the Create Ticket page while logged into your account.

Here, you can choose from various categories that best match your issue.

Our support is available to you during our support hours. Responses outside of these hours may take longer than usual.

After selecting a category, you can also choose the priority of your request. All incoming tickets are processed based on their priority.
