For orders from newly registered users, manual verification and activation is performed by the Servertux team. This process can vary and may take a few hours to ensure our highest quality and security standards are met.

You can check the status of your order anytime on the Orders page. After successful initial activation, subsequent gameservers will be automatically activated and installed, ensuring a smooth and fast setup process.
